Asst. Prof. Dr. Prasert Thongnunui, Director of the Natural Resources and Environmental Institute at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), tasked Mr. Surinthon Bunrod, a scientist, and his staff with extending a warm welcome to faculty members and graduate students in the Master’s and PhD programs in Marine and Coastal Resource Management from the Faculty of Environmental Management, Prince of Songkla University, on October 29, 2024. The FTIR microscope—fourier transform infrared spectroscopy—was demonstrated to the visitors during their tour of the laboratory. The tour encompassed a comprehensive lecture on laboratory practices to improve the students’ experience with scientific apparatus at the RUTS Trang Campus.
