June 17, 2024, with the approval of Assistant Professor Dr. Prasert Thongnunui, Director of the Institute of Natural Resources and Environment, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Trang Campus, personnel led by Mr. Phakorn Choo-Hong, a fisheries scientist, welcomed a group of 480 teachers and students from Kanlayanee Si Thammarat School, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, for a visit to the Rajamangala Trang Aquarium. The visit included the Information Technology Room of the Rajamangala Trang Aquarium, zones displaying various species of freshwater and saltwater aquatic animals, the rotating exhibition room featuring 3D hologram technology and virtual reality images showcasing knowledge about rare marine biology, the large aquatic animal nursery zone or the sea turtle pond, and the seal show. The visit received great interest from the teachers and students.
